4. Tax regime (Canary Islands — IGIC / REF)

NEXO Cognitive S.L. has its tax domicile in the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands, which entails the application of the Canary Islands General Indirect Tax (IGIC) instead of the Spanish Value Added Tax (IVA), pursuant to Law 20/1991 amending the tax aspects of the Canary Islands Economic and Fiscal Regime. Invoices issued by the company will reflect the applicable IGIC rate where appropriate.
